I find that my LOs from the last 2 months mostly have distressed edges -- using my MM edge distressor. I really need to find something else to do cos I think they're all beginning to look the same! Sometimes I end up distressing the edges of everything in my LOs, including the pics!
Same here on the distressed edges Ria! I just finished 3 layouts last week and all their edges were distressed. They almost looked the same coz of that.
One fetish I have is measuring the papers I use down to the last centimeter. I've tried to just freestyle cutting things but I can't! LOL!
Scrap shopping! :-) i need to stop buying and start using up my stuff first. But everytime i browse through the internet and look at other's LOs, i can't help but think that i would be able to make better LOs if i have this or that, thus the continuous buying urges. I guess i'd have to swear off the internet first - which in this day and age would be quite an impossibility! LOL!
No matter how simple or how old style my way of scrapping is --- I have this overwhelming urge to make 3d elements on my page.. or at least some fine cut work -- thats the commonality of my pages.. my trademark..... I buy paper with the mission to massacre it !
definitely inking the edges in black or brown, so maybe I should throw those inkpads hahahha
same with Cel as well, I kept adding and adding embellishments natatabunan na un photos heheheh
on layouts-- 1> sometimes i feel that i need to tear something on my page to make it look more personal although well, tearing would make a layout look special. i just have to tear even a small part so that i feel contented. 2> inking edges. part of my life. parang something is missing when i dont ink. i just dont know how my layout would look like without inking and tearing. heheheh. pwde pang challenge yun ah. lol. i might not be able to let go of these fetishes but i guess it is a matter of balance.
on shopping-- i cannot resist not buying new papers! ouch.. naluluma na yun iba. so the lesson here is to use asap what you buy.

OC about measuring things esp when it comes to cutting papers. Surfing and buying online for papers and NOT using them. What I'll do is scan the paper that I like and print a copy which I will use for my LO.
